Gained my will to live back lol.

Just did intense intervals on the treadmill. I have been working on trying to push myself harder. I find myself stopping at a certain point every time but I’ve been working on trying to push beyond that point. I just managed to push a little bit harder than usual so I’m glad for that.

It's a cheat code for success. If you have mental health problems, donate a bit of money to the mental health institutions. You have a specific health problem, you can donate there etc. Depending on the problem you have. Good karma will come back. It will open your heart also. Miracles will happen.

That’s cool never heard of that method before. Is it like a general principle by giving good you will receive good, so one could technically do something like volunteering too

Made this coffe drink called “Vienna latte” I saw from a cooking account I follow on insta. It doesn’t have sugar. It’s ice, oat milk, coffee, heavy whipping cream lightly whipped, some vanilla bean paste in the cream and cocoa powder on top. It’s so good I recommend if you like coffe and cream. 😋😋😋It tastes like it could be from a cafeteria.

Btw I asked on the Swedish subreddit what’s the tastiest coffee in Sweden, and bought the one that was most upvoted, and it’s really good so far. Reddit can be useful.
