It was good info thanks. But it seems better as a supplement because you’d have to eat a tonnn of soy to get that benefit from food right it’s not so sustainable. 
 

I imagine myself going to the pharmacy and being like “hi so do you have something here to make me more horny” 

What if I would buy a bunch of supplements for libido and make myself like the ultimate cocktail hahaah

or I can just make a thread on actualized about it. Oh

Ive overcome binge eating. I never binge . But I over eat and it’s ruining my progress.

Jokes aside this autumn when I will probably study I will make my own lunch (now I eat at work) so then I can control the portions. And hopefully that will make it easier for me to stick to my plan.

@Schizophonia btw I saw when looking at a restaurants menu that they had this drink called “vodka passion”. It contained vodka, passion fruit, lime and vanilla. It sounds really good and “soft” . As I liked vodka redbull maybe I could like this too because maybe the vodka is well masked by the flavors.

Yea vodka doesn't taste very strong, it add a little bitter touch it's cool in a cocktail.

Today I went to a market in my town. I like such things it’s nice to view even if I’m not gonna buy anything today as I’m on a budget.

They had jewelry, second hand clothing, etc and plenty of food trucks with food from all over the world,  from Asia and Africa etc. Some day I wanna try something . 
 

I’m currently alone but its a nice activity if you have company too
