What's funny is: OCD doesn't actually exist, it's just karma running amok and people don't know how to deal with it and even therapists are too stupid to get to the core of the issue. If you rearrange, add and subtract some letters, you get LSD however, which does exist and is the perfect cure, but that's but a pebble to what it can do.

I've met pretty intelligent therapists who understand how to treat OCD. They're a rare breed, though.

Lol. LSD used to be a part of alcohol recovery too if I remember, it seems good

"You gotta realize it's an illusion and doesn't exist" or something like that

Well, it's basically shadow work at its core if you wanna get to it

So it does exist, as an integrated ego-defense mechanism, usually childhood stress

But there are many flavors just like marmalade
