Interesting take. It can be the same as a yogic/meditative technique or method based on devotion. Same as any LOA or yoga namaskar or devi worship. When it comes to Christianity it also tends to close people's minds, so maybe you have a reason though.

Rosary is a stupid prayer. I would take the format, but maybe change the prayer repeated. Then it would be a good practice.

prayer is about the time it connects to the light, 2 hours is enough for 4 parts of the rosary and you will have a much better day

it's good for the soul and mental health, a lot of people in the west today are on opiates and other drugs, you don't need drugs with this
