  1. But what if seclusion is someone's organic urge? @Joseph Maynor
  2. Freedom is my number one value in life. I always have this drive to explore, breakthrough, enjoy - without limitations. But I know that there's a lot of people who don't care about it at all.
  3. Does it even matter? Do the practices, Kriya Yoga doesn't require you to believe in anything in order to work. That's true, but you are missing something big here. You will sense something, but this "something" will be drastically different in the legs and at the points called chakras. Although, initially, there may not be a lot of difference. As you progress in practice, your sensing will become of "higher resolution" and you will naturally understand why the concept of chakras was created and what purpose it serves. It was not taken out of thin air but from observations made by people far more advanced in concentration practice than you.
  4. I have done 70 mg 4-HO-MiPT once (shrooms close cousin) and can confirm that it gets hella non-dual. It's an equivalent of around 16g shrooms if I count correctly.
  5. I think it would be great if you could find some masterful meditation teacher or read a lot of books and include accurate maps of progress in insight and concentration practice, so the app contains something more than user input. You know, something that gives perspective on what is the next stage and what it requires to achive. Some system to guide people through dark night of the soul would be useful, too. As to how to implement it, I have no idea.
  6. He simply follows Seth Godin's marketing philosophy and prefers to grow his audience from the inside. Also, choosing titles, images and topics to cover is part of marketing, too. And he advertises his products in videos.
  7. Car parked in rural or industrial area.
  8. I had similar problem. Solution: more Kriya Yoga and more movement everyday.
  9. You are over-dramatizing. Keep up the work, you are doing good. Whatever the situation, learn to accept it and climb your way up.
  10. I have only watched RSD Max's "The Natural" product and can vouch for it. All the stuff you need to start picking girls up without unnecessary ideology. It's also has a shit-ton of infield material, like 30 hours, where you can see Max doing his thing. Other RSD teachers I find somewhat weird. Todd is okay, but he's no longer a part of RSD.
  11. First go meditate, then eat. I am on a poop -> yoga -> breakfast path, because that's how yogis teach it.
  12. It's normal stuff. As you progress on your spiritual path you will experience weird consciousness states, both in a dream and waking state. Out of body and many different experiences, some of which doesn't even have a name. You need to get used to it and gather the courage to face the unknown.
  13. True Guru is God itself, not some person. You can start practice right now without waiting for any guru. The proof is in the results. Whether a guru can amplify your practice or not is another question and not what @Pouya was asking for. There's no excuse not to start a practice from a book.
  14. No, you don't need a guru. The people who say that you need one are a minority. Grab a J. C. Stevens' book and waste no more time.
  15. Completed the survey. My intuition tells me that the predicted outcomes won't be met.
  16. @Robi Steel Rupert Spira sometimes comes to Amsterdam. One of the best teachers out there.
  17. I like Gamana's Kriya Bow. For some reason, it makes the practice enjoyable. Before adding it every session has felt like a chore, now I am happy to sit and concentrate.
  18. So, one video bi-weekly is a new official schedule? I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out that Leo had made such decision in order to do more spiritual practice.
  19. I would bet on physiological causes. Maybe different MAOi levels or some other factor. It's similar situation to DPT were 60 mg is enough for some people to trip hard and others need 100 mg or even more, up to 200 mg. I guess the same dynamic can apply to 5-MeO-DMT.
  20. I forced my way through symptoms by doing pranayamas and adding Kriya Bow to routine, but my kundalini was not as severe as yours.
  21. It's more about consistent daily spiritual practice than any particular technique. It can be self-inquiry, labeling, do-nothing or Kriya Yoga. Choose whatever you like and stick to it.
  22. Yes, the energy is indeed scary. Feels like some illness. It's such a pity that the knowledge about kundalini is so scarce.
  23. What do you mean by a flashback? If full-blown trip then obviously no, there isn't anything like that. But there are certain elements of experience like moving patterns, altered thinking or synesthesia. They are non-intrusive and happen mostly in a relaxed state. Those can persist for a few months. We are talking about it happening 3-5 times during that period. If you are serious I wouldn't even take it into consideration when deciding whether to do psychedelics or not, but it's good to know that something like that can happen and is normal.
  24. What's important too is a resolve. What do you want from your trip and for what reason. For example: "I want to better understand God, for welfare and liberation of all Beings." If you trip with such a clear intention then it's more likely the trip will end with a profound insight. It's not required and sometimes it's cool to trip without a goal, but it helps.
