Everything is always Perfect, but you don't see it that way because you are self-biased and are attached to things going your human way. If you surrendered your attachment to life, you would see Perfection everywhere.

Now you say, "But isn't that dangerous? I might die!"

    EXACTLY!

The key is to bite that bullet and not care.

    ???

@Nahm  Well like I said, I have just been wondering about this peculiar feeling in my throat and was curious to hear if any among the goods folks around here have some ideas on how to effectively adress this issue. I am pretty sure that it is a psychosomatic thing, given that the feeling changes in accordance with my current mood (ever since my epic mushroom trip one week ago, I have barely noticed it, but it’s definitely still there).

Over the course of the last eight months, I have been working on trauma release - i.e. I’ve literally been shaking and trembling residue stress out of my body and could certainly feel a difference afterwards; but my throat still feels a little blocked.

I am very much fishing in the dark here, so any suggestions are welcome!

My friend, this been a major issue for me too. Shadow work, holotropic breathwork, moldavite crystal, transmissions all helped me purge like a mad man. The throat is also very much correlated with the solar plexus. I can probably guess you've been an empathic guy all your life, have huge trouble expressing (your wishes especially), knowing what you want, having a strong personality, discipline issues etc.

Going to a presentation club like toastmasters might also help. Start talking. Start writing. Use everyday just to make 10 minute videos expressing yourself in your phone. Get accostumed to shame. Make shame your bitch. Start dancing in your living room. Start expressing. You're a unique divine expression.

Seeing the issue IS dying.  The direct insight is a state of samadhi.  Becoming directly conscious of it IS Pure Consciousness.  That is a mystical, non-dual state.

Knowing it conceptually is still ego.

He may not have had the direct insight yet.

    Exactly ?

I've had what one would call a psychological death (seen through the illusion of life and death). But through a lot of transmissions my process is getting very energetic and physical now. It often feels like physically dying and purging out the old me. The uncontracting is slowly moving up the energy centers (after already having faced multiple kundalini awakenings). It feels like there eventually  will be a final release of contraction which will be the permanent death of the ego.

So you don't own it, you don't resist it and you don't identify with it...

Perfect, we are actually on the exact same page. ❤

If you take it one step further and recognize it doesn't exist you will be spot on...?

Still struggeling my brother. My mind has awakened, have had the realization some 3 years ago. But it has not yet anchored in my physicality. Haven't died yet lmao.

A lot of what you said I agree with... it's a tricky topic ❤

This is the part you have to watch out for:

"Ego's identification through survival lenses will perish through complete ownership and feeling of the emotions/energies"

Taking ownership of the egos emotions and energies or loving the ego will only perpetuate its existence... this is exactly what the ego wants. It will literally try everything to survive..

Explaining the ego is like explaining walking through a gateless gate... once you pass through and turn around and look back you see the whole thing was an illusion...

By taking ownership of these feelings and emotions it's like simply confirming to the ego that you believe in its existence.

It will do anything expecially turn into a spiritual ego... it will say look I'm spiritual now....I'm good... no need to get rid of me.

I disagree my friend. With ownership i mean the opposite of resistance (i don't mean identification). It's actually true detachment. Its actually exactly the thing we've been avoiding all along by repressing stuff. And its part of the process. Eventually all positionalities should he abandoned, definitely.

  6. Why do you think there is any difference between awareness and my statement? Ownership and feeling into it are actually awareness and truth.

The reason this is an energetic process is because in the end it's a physical unravelling! Because there is no one who is being aware or doing anything. After the mind wakes up, you need to physically die. So "just be aware" won't do the trick as everything is happening as awareness itself. That's like trying to make the train go faster while running in it.

  7. There's something that tells me he needs some more DNOS phases in his life, although he explains this beautifully.

This is so much more than simply stop identifying with the thoughts. It's a huge energetic process.  The mind needs to psychologically die to all those stored emotions and energies. That's when resistance/identification will break. Not by simply ignoring stuff. Maybe that is also what he means, but this definitely needs more emphasizing. Ego's identification through survival lenses will perish through complete ownership and feeling of the emotions/energies.

Anti guru is just more nonsense.  Ya I checked out your link, it's just more vague new age woo woo and your article couldn't be any more wrong.  I love assumers they're so quick to jump the gun.   I'm against fraud gurus or new agers.  If you want to support them then go ahead.  I'm done drinking that kool aid.  More power to those who do.

Words like power, weak, lost. How can one anyone ever take your message seriously when you're this immature?  Before performing true white magick one needs to reach the Absolute. From there its quite possible what you're saying. But your terminology by then needs to be seen through completely.

You're not helping anyone with your massive toxicity. You should rather market some new age gurus with that attitude, then you'll surely know no one will follow them. Get yourself together man.

  9. Allowing, honoring, gratitude and loving. In that order.

It's a huge step to go from major resistance to loving. Emotional honesty is very important here. So whatever i'm typing here is not a "solution" to a "problem".  It's the whole process for the sake of the process. It's not result oriented. You honor the emotion because you have found the honor in yourself. You have gratitude for the emotion because of you have gratitude. Etc. Not because you want to achieve something.

And the final touch is complete detachment: the realization that neither bad nor good exist. This should make you view the emotion as it is. The emotion love is also a way of attaching. This means complete vulnerability. There is no need to overcome the issues (as bad doesn't exist). There is no need for a positive emotion afterwards (as good doesn't exist).

So eventually it's working your way to realizing that nothing needs to be done. At all. Through love.

Not when you believe you're a living and distinct puppet from every other puppets ?

Whether you believe in it or not does not matter. You can't be seperate from this everchanging flow of life. The contracted, illusory control is also surrendered by reality from moment to moment without the realization.

Edit: this can be quiet depressing to digest. It can give the ego the feeling like it has no purpose at all. Like it suddenly can't be the hero in its own story. Which eventually can be surrendered too if this is what's destined on the path.

  11. This is a normal ego backlash where old paradigms are slowly getting back, which can be very painful and frightening.

Now you've awakened something else has taken over. This will lead to multiple deaths of the persona where old ways of thinking, wanting/desiring and being are making place to be reformed. Always keep surrendering. Surrender, surrender, surrender. Try to be ok with every possible outcome. Also ok with not being ok. So this okness is not a result, its a process. Ego doesnt like okness.

    Much love. Enjoy your path.

  12. My parents love was always my connection to the divine through Unconditional Love.

When my dad cheated on my mom is exactly the moment i felt this fall from grace.

Now after a dozens of awakening experiences and integrating the shadow i realize more and more that our pure love as a child was our bridge to the Divine. We just forgot.

Want to see how conditioned we've become? Love yourself deeply as a state of being (without per se chasing the emotion). And see how it triggers a feeling of inferiority, shame, fear of betrayal etc. These emotions are ingrained in us after we've felt heartbreak. To not happen again. We don't want to feel Love/the Divine because there is nothing more painful than it being taken from us.

The trick is recognizing it was you all the time which was Love. Not your parents. No one else. They just symbolized a part of yourself.

@Gneh Onebar I’m happy for you man, I also believed it was all BS beforehand, goes to show what an open mind and trying things for yourself can do, best thing I ever did :)

@Visionary someone here who gets it is nice to see ;) silence is and always has been the highest teaching, Ranana created inquiry for those not ready for the silence, to lead tbem to where? Silence of course.

@Raptorsin7 Every teacher will have their own style, Ananda loves the enneagram so strongly uses it in her teachings, however others may not, I’m 90% sure Ramaji does but not to the same extent I don’t believe, he’s an awesome teacher and I loved his books though, hope the session goes well, so let me know :)

Thank you my fave scouser! Hope you lot have a bit less luck with the VAR next year ?. Have a wonderful NYE.
