  1. @kieranperez Not sure if this is brutal but I hopes it’s constructive. Sounds like you are a diamond in a rough environment. You’re ‘getting out’ by raising your consciousness already. Just by being here, and being so open and honest in your communicating about it. Get the best job you can. Do your absolute best at that job. Know that the better you do, the more opportunities will come out of nowhere for you. I worked smart & hard in retail jobs that I didn’t love, but found ways to love, and thus improved my self. A guy quit at a store I worked at, and 2 years later he called me up asking if I would be interested in a new industry / position. Lead to the best career breakthrough I’ve had. Abe HIcks / LOA could be very helpful to you right now, IMO. It’s Uber positive, and helps you to grow a vision of how your efforts, in term of positive thinking and positive attitude, will unlock doors you didn’t even know about. A suggestion on an exercise....take a minute to write down everything good you’ve done, anything you have accomplished so far, things you’ve learned. That could help you to see you have overcome a lot already. You’ve made something of yourself already, and you’re continuing to look for growth. Most people would just sleep through life and be like those around them. You gotta feel good about waking up. Good for you man! Here’s something that might get your perspective changing.... http://www.financetwitter.com/2014/07/fifteen-successful-rich-and-famous-people-their-humble-first-jobs.html https://www.buzzfeed.com/elliewoodward/celebrities-who-had-unbelievable-jobs-before-they-were-fa?utm_term=.leQA54eJ0#.syWEZ3N1Q Obama’s first job, was serving ice cream, and he did alright. ? Oprah worked at a grocery store. After a paper route, my first job was receiving dirty stinky bottle returns at a bulk beverage store. I loved it! I set up the bins and flipped that shit over my shoulders like I was Tom Cruise in cocktail. Perspective is everything! “So good they can’t ignore you”! Find your life purpose and start employment, or start employment to get self supportive, then find your life purpose. Neither is right or wrong, and you don’t strike me as someone who will get ‘lost’ in the work world for the duration. I mean, you’re here- asking & seeking. That’s a big deal.
  2. @bobbyward when unwanted thoughts come, start building the habit of ‘flipping the coin’...state the exact opposite, it’s simple and subtly powerful. Both perspectives are equally true.
  3. @Martin123 @Shiva for sure. Are you havin enough fun? So important.
  4. @Martin123 nothin but love for ya❣️ You’re such an important contributor here. We all love ya bro.
  5. @Martin123 I went through this. I was concerned for a bit about it. It ended up resolving all on it’s own, and I came out of it with more focus & concentration, along with more comprehension and clarity. I think “integration” is the key word. I’ve certainly noticed you had some HUGE ‘raises in consciousness’ or whatever we should be calling it today. ? It’s a proccess that happens all on it’s own. Of course, continuing daily meditation is always good. One shot in the dark....you might not be noticing just how far you’ve expanded in the last few months. Have you been with old friends, or family much? If not, that’ll really make you notice, and it’s reassuring. Diet & excercise - can’t go wrong. I very much relate to what Leo said a little while back, that he has been fining tuning his diet for years. I’m like 5 years into that myself. When you raise your consciousness, the body tends to be increasingly sensitive to diet. If your body feels rushy, it could be sugar. Lethargic, could be carbs. Lack of clarity could be from preservatives. Anxious, could be from caffeine. IT IS NOT PERMANENT. ? Think about how millions of cells are dividing and being discarded every day. There’s nothing permanent going on here.
  6. @Faceless “Problems understanding Brains do not exist video” this post. ☺️
  7. That video can’t really be ‘understood’ so to speak. It requires transcendence of thinking.
  8. @AdamDiC what do you want?
  9. @Jedd keep meditating every morning, ground in the now. Sounds to me like your practices are integrating. All is well ?
  10. @BobbyLowell i agree deeply with @Shin i also think it’s all relative. Doesn’t seem like you’re asking existentially where love comes from, but rather is everyone capable and worthy of love. Yes. Of course. You are worthy of love, and you are capable of loving yourself. You are also capable of loving everything & everyone. There is so much Joy in discovering this. The only catch is, you have to do it. Baby steps❣️
  11. @cosmicrays might help to look at more basic tenable facets like your eating & exercise habits, and of course daily meditation so you’re not carrying and mental baggage throughout your days.
  12. I think he should sell t shirts... solid black of course, On the front: There is no YOU!!!! On the back: But Leo!!!!
  13. @Ether if we didn’t think unwanted thoughts - worrying, etc - there wouldn’t be so much to let go of when we meditate. Real-ize you get a fresh start every morning - a clean nondual state. Then stay where you are. Stay in the now. If a worry some thought about the future, or the outcome of anything arises and concerns you, if a troublesome thought from the past arises, you must find it in you to laugh, to openly talk to someone about it to surrender it, to accept it as what got you to be here now - to do what helps you. Keep doing this for a while, everyday. Eventually a day comes where you’re thinking stays on wanted. It gets very easy to flip the coin of duality, and see the other side. Ultimately, to accept both sides as One.
  14. It’s a game of hide & seek, you are the hider and you are the seeker, so you can never find yourself - you’re the One looking -, you win the game by surrendering. Some look more than others. Go through the suffering. Straight through it like a Lion.
  15. @Will Bigger yes.... to you. But when you take the ‘you’ out of it...matter, consciousness, and you...are all the same.
  16. Nonduality perspective in a dualistic reality/illusion; "I know you're out there. I can feel you now. I imagine you can also feel me. You won't have to search for me anymore. I'm done running. Done hiding. Whether I'm done fighting, I suppose, is up to you. I believe deep down, we both want this world to change. I believe that the Matrix can remain our cage or it can become our chrysalis, that's what you helped me to understand. That to be truly free, truly free, you cannot change your cage. You have to change yourself. When I used to look out at this world, all I could see was its edges, its boundaries, its leaders and laws. But now, I see another world. A different world where all things are possible. A world of hope. Of peace. I can't tell you how to get there, but I know if you can free your mind, you'll find the way."

  18. @LiakosN beautiful man. Truth expressed! Great post.
  19. That is likely much wiser than what I just said. The practices are the way for continued expansion.
  20. @Telepresent Write two columns on paper; belief & experience. Contemplate what you are, and start listing. Honesty is paramount. meditate and focus on the breathing in your stomach, it is the entire illusory universe flowing through, aka air.
