  1. I don’t. Believing a thought = meaning.
  2. ? If you want to, you can also notice, all of that awesomeness there happened only within you. Your observation, your perspective, your feelings of awesomeness. You can see it’s always there, and it’s not the least bit pushy or demanding. You go do whatever, get lost in whatever. The awesomeness does not leave, it just does not demand attention or precedence. It is unconditional. Your awesomeness is patient because it is boundless, and timeless.
  3. See what ‘me’ is, and the questions of reincarnation no longer make any sense. Do you really see that? Or do you continue attempting to utliize logic? (Thinking) What was your experience of rebirth like? Can you describe it? How do you now it’s true? How do you know it’s a fact? What do you even mean by verify? How do you know that? Do you have any experience of that happening?
  4. Oneness means nonunion, no inside, no outside, no one else, no illusion, no degrees. Oneness is meaningless.
  5. It could help to distinguish between beliefs (“I really want to believe Leo”), thoughts (your entire post references your thought, not the actuality of), and actuality (you, now).
  6. @Ampresus The Do Nothing method is often considered an advanced practice. If it’s hard to “be the observer” of thoughts, or, to get some ‘space’, it might be from typically being attached to thoughts, so a simple & relaxing stomach breathe focus meditation could give you a break from thoughts, thus realizing the ‘space’, and how it is they can be observed without engagement. There are some helpful instructions here, as well as an Awareness of Thoughts Meditation you might want to check out: Nonduality & Meditations
  7. Precisely! I suppose one man’s practical tip is another’s nonduality lesson.
  8. You’ve been assuming there is ‘reality’, and then there is a ‘dream state’ (in your sleep). Aka, suffering. During your ‘waking time’, during your day, unbeknownst to you, you keep many patterns of thought and belief going to support the delusion of “physical reality”. During sleep, you are pure consciousness; without the patterns held while ‘awake’. So, you’ll be experiencing some weird dreams, due to this reconciliation. Notice, the dreams do not happen sporadically through out the night, they happen in the instant you are waking up. Though it certainly does appear your body lays in a physical reality for 8 hours while ‘you’ sleep, this is not actually the case at all. Look very closely at your direct experience, without any added beliefs or concepts, and you will see there is no experience of this “8 hours of time”. This actual experience, this ‘popping in and out of the dream’, is revealing of the actuality, a deeply true nature of the “reality” experienced. “Reality” is only, and always, “popping in and out of existence”. (Read a little on Planck time / scale, and the double slit to “loosen” up your mind, then the dreams will get more intense, but you must relish in the waking experience, in the reassurance upon waking that all is well, you’re fine - it was just a dream) When you wake up, regardless of the “content” of the dream, the message is always the same... it is ”Hey...it’s just a dream” Don’t take that waking experience, that reassurance, that obviousness - for granted. Stop assuming you are “living”. Change you can see, along with change you can’t see, does not “prove” time...only change. And drop the belief there is an “it” which is not you. Don’t excuse it, don’t justify it - stop perpetuating it.
  9. @cetus56 First, that’s what she said. Second, didn’t wanna rush her. Third...would going beyond one only be infinity....or...would that be...we actually do something.....together ?...?
  10. Yes, there’s no inbetween. The two are one. From the relative perspective, you are the middle. You are “The Hard Problem of Science”. Well done. But seriously though, you don’t actually relatively exist.
  11. @Charlotte Ya. Six flags. ? lol It’s slightly more pathetic really. The slide part was actually all done, and then you’re just floatin towards the pool, and there was about a one foot drop from the floatin part into the pool part that just got me. But ya, all fine now. No sciatic ‘twinges’ either. Healing was probably part of what lead to taking the reiki class too I’m sure, so that’s nice. Reiki 2 in a couples weeks!
  12. @Joker_Theory Meditate as it.
  13. @Hellspeed Why, no matter the focus, intention and effort, no matter how many days I practice nor how many theories I have attained and implemented, why, can’t I properly load a dishwasher?
  14. @Joker_Theory In the moment you realize that reincarnation is a thought, you are free of ‘cycles of life & death’ - free of that thought. All that remains then, is the moment.
