  1. @Beginner Mind We all live and learn, we’ve all played the fool, and we all become more aware, conscious, and conscientious. Consider becoming more attentive & on purpose, about feelings. At the end of the day, write down just a few highlights from the day - moments that felt good. In the morning, write down the feelings you want to have, even if you don’t necessarily have them when you’re writing. Keep that paper in your pocket, look at it here and there throughout the day. If you have any specific questions as you ‘move up the emotional scale’, feel free to message me anytime. All is well.
  2. The “same scene”, is what is. What is, is done, it’s already here. Enjoy it, but creation wise, it’s already manifested. You are a creator, you can always manifest what is coming. Write down “I want a nicer job”, ideally, on a dry erase board. This way it’s big, you see it everyday, and you can add to it anytime you want, and make changes anytime you want. Then Dream big. Write what you want about this ‘nicer job’. Do not be realistic, write what you actually want. Have fun dreaming up the absolute best vision, and of course feel free to dream up some things you want along with the job. Maybe a certain vehicle - tape a picture of it to the board. Maybe a vacation somewhere, tape a picture up. Maybe a new computer, etc. You get the idea, dream big, and add everything you want to the board. ‘Scripted vs freestyled’... Dreaming up what you want, and getting it on the board is the script, so to speak. Visualization is great, but it only serves to trigger, or culminate, the feeling of having it, the knowing in your bones it is coming. It’s the feeling that connects you, your source, and the universe in which it all manifests. Reality is already ‘hearing’, already knowing, what you are expressing you are wanting, and the coming of it is already underway. Watch for the synchronicities, feel for that magic, enjoy the awesomeness of the seeing it coming. Be as open minded as you can to how it comes. Relish in the knowing it is coming, and the excitement watching. If a thought arises, and sensations tell you “that thoughts not true”, or, “that thought doesn’t jive with what you established you wanted” - just choose a better feeling, more aligned with feelings, thought.

  8. Evil is power, power is evil. Neither exist, one needs only the convincing. As such it is seen, you fucked yourself over, so weak, so easily convinced by the fear of suffering. Just keep focusing on it, fully denying you create in doing so, spreading your own suffering across the canvas. @Tausif Ahmed You are fully understanding of the balls situation, yes?

  11. @Schahin Study, contemplate, understand, how you create suffering. Empty of beliefs, of the catch-all self & the self deceptive I, of self-delusion, of all speciousness; uproot even your cavil.
  12. @ardacigin Really great post. Just some push back on the 40 years estimate. That’s way off ime of meeting with people. I am wondering if you’ve experienced modalities with other people in addition to (solo) practices. People seem to connect the dots quickly (hours or days) resulting in realizations, from conversations (with illustrations) regarding the relationship between thought & sensation - their life dream & responsibilties - the unnoticed utilization of the “ I “ / “self” preventatively - and ultimately what they’re been referring to as perception.

  15. Taking big breaths and relaxing the waistline can be helpful. No “forceful” breathing is necessary. Deeper into meditation and relaxation, the breath becomes naturally more and more shallow, until it’s almost not happening. This is a blissful experience. If the counting is working for you, it’s working for you. Otherwise, no counting, just focus on stomach breathing, and relax every muscle.
