  1. Because if society gets too wonky and too fast, then we will not survive.
  2. Imagination is Amazing. There is literally nothing wrong, unless you dream it to be.
  3. Love the tenacity, great work!
  4. Yup. At the higher doses, your trip sitter goes bye-bye
  5. https://firesideproject.org/ I also recommend checking this out. Currently they only offer peer support to people in the USA, but they are planning on expanding to other parts of the world.
  6. Don’t do psychedelics solo if you have suicidal thoughts and/or mental illness.
  7. I personally don’t smoke or vape. I take 3:1 (CBD:THC) cannabis oil w/ terpenes, sublingual 2x/day
  8. The truthful answer is we really don’t know whether it’s negative or positive in the long run. Even with SSRIs. I trust my doctor and the process. “You’ll see when you stop using it.” Of course, just like how I have ADHD and take stimulant medication daily. Trust me, if I stop taking it I’ll be in big doo-doo.

  11. Isn’t a psychedelic trip an experience, though ?
  12. Perfect. This is your opportunity to observe your sensations without judging them.
  13. Have you tried cold showers? That’s an exposure practice you can try out https://www.wimhofmethod.com/benefits-of-cold-showers I want to start doing those again
  14. Not resisting your current experience is a great start
  15. When you find the right therapist for you, I can assure you it’s not ineffective. I get what you mean, though. It’s really, really tough to find the right fit.
  16. Agreed. Just like how there are an infinite amount of music that can be played. I used to only listen to a few bands and genres, but have recently expanded my musical taste exponentially!
  17. God is infinite, so of course life and death are allowed.
  18. @DefinitelyNotARobot thank you! I’ve been working with a trauma specialist for almost a year now. She refused to give me the answer to where my trauma is stemming from. It pissed me off at first, but now I’m realizing that I have to discover it for myself! <3
  19. By accepting what is in any given moment. Not in an unconscious way, but in a conscious way. If you feel like you’ve achieved something, I can guarantee you that that, too, will come and go. Isn’t that beautiful, though?
  20. Do you ever have experiences where part of, or your entire body starts shaking? That happened to me a few nights ago while lying down in bed, the lower half of my body started involuntarily shaking
  21. You bring a valid point. I was crying and suffering a lot recently, which I didn’t think was “work”. Thank you for reminding me of that
