I really don't know what to say. There is something strange in the air that I don't know how to point to

@Anonman90 Pretty much agree.
This concept from Leo helped me finally crack how it works, reality creates from top to down. From what is, you create threads and worlds of meaning, literally from top present experience everything is spawned ad infinitum. It is not random imagination but a perfectly cohesive intelligent self aware awake dream VR reality.

I once dreamt living another life for some good years when I was a teenager.
I had a very hard week after waking up in my coach, I still remember that deep disorientation when opening my eyes. Luckily, homeostasis hit after a week and I could move on.

I've been years waiting for that shadow work episode he is always promising

It's the one concept that can change it all, but if you already got the concept, no use then. It's this attutide of mastery and crafting your art

It's usually safer than hindu techniques but slower and less efficient. It feels more natural that for sure.
For the record, I consider kundalini hindu techniches much better than taoist but I consider taoism sex years ahead from tantra in approachability

@zurew I recommend you doing the wim hof breathing method in the afternoon (sunset best) and any kundalini yoga from that channel on the morning if you want a routine

Better than any human in any knowledge-based work
The same way there is no human better than a machine in facturing cans. Soon the best layer will be an AI and so on.
The implications are how we redifine the labour market and the social contract when human work is not needed any more?
This video is the best I could find about the topic

Agree to some extent. Do you know what is the biggest bottleneck for doing that? Shadow work
After some point you get that it is not about making the light brighter but about bringing the light to your darkness, to your unconscious, to your demons, to your traumas, to your own disgust and shit. Till that point, the work is just juvenile, profound surely, but hasn't matured yet, hasn't finished the first major full circles of the path.
There are many facets to this diamond. The 3 biggest are Awakening, Shadow & Ego Development/Maturation. Wake up, Clean up, Grow up. This goes in microcycles and macrocycles
But whatever, let's agree to disagree.

Taking triphala at night and a bit of neem powder in the morning can accelarate years the process also.
Super efficient, technique from the ayurvedic branch, works wonders!

He is very good for anyone interested, thanks for saying it I forgot it!
It's another approach for the same reality. Taoism is very grounded and Mantak Chia is superb in what he does.
It's usually safer than hindu techniques but slower and less efficient. It feels more natural that for sure.

The hand cannot grasp itself, similarly the mind cannot grasp itself, because the Mind is infinite. And you as a finite human can’t grasp something infinite. You have to be infinite to grasp infinity, and if you succeed in doing that, you become God. So only God can grasp itself.
I'll give yo ua quote of @Inliytened1 that I'm still reflecting deeply about. I made him a very similar question than the one you are asking me.
QuoteThere is a distinction between being and knowing till there isn't

These video from the hindu system can give you some background
Here you can see an initiation of the Kundalini energy in real life. This is probably the easiest way to have your kundalini awakening. This is how I did it the first time, by a live 2 way video-conference with Nithyananda. That was the first triggering
Watch this video on psychedelics and you are gonna lose it, like the people there. Prove me wrong if you dare!

Also how many days/month/years did it take to properly integrate the experience?
If you are working with Kundalini, life is gonna treat you pretty well, as you are worshipping the divine universal embodied energy within yourself. It is very grounded. After reaching a certain state of consciousness your cells start waking up, it's a very embodied reality. Kundalini can clean very deep conditionings in you and that can leat to very intense experiences but that feel good, medicine like.
On 15/1/2024 at 9:00 PM, zurew said:I only had some kind of heart chakra opening experience. I don't know if it was fully open or not, but it was really profound. I felt a profound and deep connection to all beings in the universe and I could feel deep empathy for all of them without exception and the only thing you care about in that state is to serve and to give to others to the best of your ability without expecting or requiring anything in return (Because in that state you are completely fulfilled and you don't want to get/expect/take anything, you just only want to give and contribute).
Don't intelectualise too much. It's femenine, it's feeling, emotional, energetic. Not masculine, squared, intellectual, trascendental.
This are frames I know but they are really helpful
On 15/1/2024 at 9:00 PM, zurew said:Is there any program that you (or anyone who is reading this know of), that shows how to open up the chakras in a systematic way so it won't become too overwhelming?
Kriya yoga is the masculine approach and kundalini the femenine approach to the same reality awakening of the body.
I recommend first kundalini to shake and clean up everything. After some good years, you may start with kriya yoga.
This is the channel I like the most:

On 12/1/2024 at 7:15 PM, zurew said:Are you familiar with the idea of opening up 108 chakras?
I'm pretty familiar with all systems that aim to do so. In fact, many times I had the experience first and then had to research and find what teaching suited and explained this phenomena that was going on in me. This was the case with kundalini.
On 12/1/2024 at 7:15 PM, zurew said:Also how many chakras have you opened up so far and what was your experience doing it?
This is just a strangely formulated question. It's not something you count. Like I've opened 73/108 or something like that. In fact, the whole process oscilates like life itself.
The basics: Opening the spine to the flow of energy. This goes by cycles, you open it and then you finish a whole process and maybe months afterwards you open them all again, completing another cycle and so on like this. It feels like cleaning a tube and making it ever more cristaline, luminous and etheric. Vegetarian or vegan food aids in this whole process, you don't have to deal with the contractions and life stored in the meat of the animal you are eating and plants don't have the properties to store that bio memory.
It all boils down to contracted sensation in your field of experience. Anything in your 360º awareness field that doesn't feel open, relaxed and awake is a "chakra" that is not spinning. You can also see it like knots in your body mind that you are undoing. This also goes by cycles of completion.

Certainly, lately been having troubles to even post in the forum. It gets sickening after one point, when you see beyond the dramas. Everybody just wants to say it's own thing and is damn sure he's right. Then wants to convice everybody like preachers and it's a rat game.
Is there anyone in here even interested in truth? Why are we all having this communications in the first place? Most of the time we talk to walls that just wait to parrot their "precious" ideas

4 minutes ago, CoolDreamThanks said:A very simplistic view. It's very toxic, because it masquarades as being spiritual. Sadly, only death and pain awaits as long as it is kept.
Everything ends up being simpler than you think.
Love death, Love pain, Love suffering.
You can't do it?
That's why all this ego drama
Otherwise you are peaceful with the nature of things
And the nature of things is that there IS pain, suffering and death of the body-mind.
What is there to do? To love the nature of things and to recognise the nature of things
Simple, but you will enjoy more your homemade jail that you have constructed for yourself. And that's fine for me I love you as you are because the nature of things is that some people are like that and they don't wanna get out or don't know how.
I recognise how things are and then what to do? Love them, what else would you do?
Simple

So is Joe Biden.
Now that’s a tough pill to swallow.
That's peanuts to swallow!
Your shadow is hard to swallow.
Most people try to bring more light to the light
There is a point where you bring the light to your darkness and demons
Then everything changes

You don't know what God is
You have experienced one facet, but by lacking others you have missed the bigger picture. I know what you say, I had exactly the same experience. But you keep maturing and things get a new colour and taste
-
Just love life, it's that simple
You are creating a problem that you will need to solve
Unsatisfaction and problems are part of life, bad things also.
Love life, each moment is precious, it's not supposed to be easy, it is what it is and I'm at peace with that and with myself.
I'm whole, I'm complete, I'm one.

@Ishanga I'm sorry to tell you, that you couldn't be more wrong.
You are just naive and juvenile in your awakening approach, there are levels to this game beyond what sadhguru can tell you. Let your path mature a few good years and you will come to realize what was said in the video. Maybe your shadow was triggered by it...
The shadow is not just a cute concept, it's a very deep and unavoidable facet of the awakening proccess. Shadow work by it's nature cannot be accessed through yoga or meditation, making it of special importance to be done by spiritual seekers. This was just discovered 100 years ago, that's why your spiritual traditions don't teach it, because they just didn't have the data to know it. Thanks to the works of Carl Jung and Ken Willber now we have seen an important missing piece of the puzzle, just to be gaslighted by ignorant people that don't know any better. Sorry for being harsh but you should really reconsider posting when you don't know what the shadow is. As a rule of thumb, just try not to post when you don't know what you are talking about. I've seen you doing this a few times and people can see through that, this is not just a regular forum, so please be more mindful and conscious about your comments.

The individual self by its very nature, wishes for bliss. Because this bliss is present within Himself, that is why He can ask for it. Otherwise He would not. He cannot do without asking for it.
If noticed, the craving for bliss and peace will be seen in all living beings. Even lowly creations like insects and spiders do not wish to go near heat. They desire peace, security and rest. Creatures suffering in the heat of the sun, long for shade and cold water.
Likewise, being afflicted by the triple miseries, man also seeks for God, the abode of peace and the mine of bliss.

You curiously picked the exact same words as him, so you surely have a point. I'll have to go there but I'm pretty disappointed about that, maybe Auroville is not the place I though it was. Time will say.
