Sometimes I see people with worldviews so stupid ( at least from my perspective), this makes me kind of angry . I thinks most people go through this at some extent. For example: Today I watched some reels on instagram saying that gender is 100% a social construct, this left me in some bad mood for something around 20 min, then I forgot about it and I just did go about my day. Do you guys go through this kind stuff too ( I'm not talking necessarily about this gender stuff)? How to deal with this?

Not just a low value man, I would dare to say that if you aren’t in the top 5%, or lucky enough to have had a high school or college crush who really liked you and eventually became your girlfriend and later your wife, dating as a man is pretty hard. A average man have to deal so much with rejection. Most women can't even imagine what it is really like.
