  2. Hi @TottiWatts, I'm also new here. Before you read what I eat, keep in mind that I optimize it for muscle growth, for becoming more conscious, and for better focus/energy. The amount I eat depends on my body weight and if I'm cutting/bulking and how much I've been active on a particular day. Also, I'm still just experimenting with my diet and keep improving it bit by bit. With that in mind, here it is: I usually eat a bunch of wok vegetables ~500 grams or more (not stir-fried) with either lean chicken ~300grams or salmon ~250grams for lunch (12 pm). For dinner (around 6 pm), I eat the same meal + gluten-free oats ~50grams with nuts/seeds ~25grams and almond milk (Idk how much I just pour that shit in).   3. @Emerald Very insightful post. Love point number 8, nothing gets me more than a woman with her own unique style that's similar to mine. But it also helps weeding out the people you wouldn't otherwise be compatible with if your styles don't match. Also just wanted to ask a random question while talking about attracting a high value man. What do you think are good shit tests for women to use to screen for a high value man? Or are shit tests just shit tests and it doesn't really matter which ones you use. Would appreciate your opinion on this.
  4. @Jacob Morres Yes when I do affirmations I usually say them with a certain conviction in my voice and use body language, you know, to make it more believable for myself. And of course the most important part is taking action Thanks for sharing!
  5. @flowboy Wow that's actually really powerful for just doing an affirmation! I'm going to try doing affirmations for a month and see if it shifts my mindset/what I attaract.
  6. @flowboy Interesting perspective. I do agree that beliefs play a huge role in how well it goes with your interactions with women, hence the use of affirmations. Having an affirmation that focuses on abundance instead of lack sounds like a nice approach. It kind of instills in your mind that you are enough already. It might perhaps also counteract neediness? (because of abundance mindset). Also your affirmation sounds hella funny haha, but hey as long as it works am I right? Btw thanks for sharing your thought on this!

  11. I appreciate your perspective on this. I agree that there might be underlying beliefs that I need to work on as well. I'll try to seek out the underlying beliefs in tandem with applying my affirmation. Hmm the flower example is an interesting perspective. I'd love to discuss this idea with you irl haha because I wanted to write a bit about why I kinda agree with you but kinda don't but it'd take wayyy to long and honestly a conversation one-on-one would go way smoother. Just for fun. Yes I've worked in sales too and can confirm that people respond really well to authenticity and the notion of being "yourself". People can sense a fake snake haha. My first sales job I was really nervous, which of course lead me to not close as many prospects as I'd like. BUT with time I became more confident, probably because of some underlying beliefs evaporating with me taking action. Making me seeing this whole ordeal in another way which made me more confident. Not sure if that's exactly how it works but it's just a thought. Dude self referential thinking is huge. I guess you just have to be more grounded in your own reality than seeking external validation. But that's kind of hard to do, but I try my best to direct my attention inwardly. I assume you meditate and do other excercises to ground yourself within your reality of being a flower Yeah like attracts like. But gotta make sure you're the type of person that attracts a high quality woman
