@Red-White-Light im suffering from derealization for two years because of a bad trip. And i cant meditate because it feels like it will only become worse. Should i start meditating again?

What if one experiences this bad trip on meditation? Isn't it the same then as taking that psychedelic? In both occasions one can either surrender or resist, but does this mean that you can't get enough prepared when this happens and one day you have to face this fully?

Is this in a good way or a bad way? Is this state more preferable than the ordinary state?

Anyone of you have tourette's? Do you know if there is any cure or will ever be?

Take the most religious people on earth. And give them dmt. Would their beliefs change after the trip? I don't think so (maybe not all, but some have unshakeable levels of belief). I know people that if you'd put a gun in their head and say change your beliefs or i'll kill you they would say kill me. Does this make a belief stronger than actual experience?
