  1. I've noticed that when you talk to those people on this road they think they are some sort of a monk.

Because they read some books and now they think that they know more than anyone else about life.

They look at party people and say that it is a waste of time and life etc. Plus much more stuff.

Last night, I found myself in a conversation with a group of self-help junkies. We spoke about enlightenment and what it is and so on. When I said that they should try to quit searching for it and that maybe enlightenment is a state of mind where you feel joy most of the time, and that it isn't a destination, just for fun and see what happens. Stuff became interesting. They talk like they are gods?

  2. Go for a sunny holiday trip somewhere in Indonesia for 30-90 days.

When you come home you'll find that video games wasting your time since in Indonesia you've had so much dopamine from natural stuff, like watching colorful birds and fish LIVE.

Then you want to start play games after 1 week, but this is your big chance to quit cold turkey.

Soon, you'll find games weird and you try to grasp how people spend hours playing.

Take ice cold showers, this builds up your mental strenght

  3. Try to write down what you want to attract, then what you want to feel. And you should generate that feeling to motivate your brain to take action.

It's also good to know the why's you want to attract that thing.

Try to fall asleep with that feeling you wish to feel.

Read your affirmation in the morning and meditate for 30 minutes without thinking about the affirmations, do this again in the evening before bed.

@Skenderberg "See what happens" is the core driver of everything they did in the Jackass movies, as well as many of the fails you see on Youtube. This kind of bullshit definitely doesn't belong on a self-actualization forum. You really don't need me to list all the things that could go wrong here, do you? Stay safe.

    Love ya,
    Markus

It sounded good that day :P I know you shouldn't take stuff in the airport, but I live near a private airport with small planes.

Sounds more like magic than real solution. Wouldn't setting up a bussiness goal and working towards it daily be a better thing? Of course it would.

Subconcious mind is not some magic wand that fixes all your external problems by doing internal work. I believe people oversimplify and confuse how it works.

    It's magic

  7. Remember this: the subconscious mind responds well to REPETITION and EMOTION.

Create a vision board, write some affirmation and put the paper where you see it daily, like in the bathroom mirror.

Also, if you want wealth, you think the word wealth daily.

Book: the power of your subconscious mind is a good starting point.

  8. Weed makes you present, at least medicinal with a lot of the good stuff.

Every time I smoke (once a week) I start to think about how to improve my life.

I meditate and I become aware of life itself.

I just meditated and saw all the opportunities I have created. There are a lot if you choose to see them, plus the best ones are made. Now that I know them, I will act upon them where being "sober" would never see them.

Don't smoke and watch family guy, sit in nature alone and breath.

If you liked that, you'll probably love writing music on AL-LAD. To me it's more creative than 5-meo or Provigil.

I would be careful with using Racetams. Might not be healthy. If a substance elevates your heart rate, I would avoid using it regularly. Which is why for example I avoid Provigil, even though it's like creative steroids. AL-LAD feels more sustainable to me in that it's not a stimulant.

I will try that and write some. Yes, I use Racetam only for a short time. Many people  who use Provigil also take a lot of calcium, fish oil, and vitamin C to keep the heart safe.

  10. Powerful substance that makes you think   Not sure why this is not in cereal boxes as it can change peoples mind        I tried Coluracetam and 5meo and discovered that making music is spiritual    Listen here http://nootroholic.com/coluracetam-review     Holy fuck  The  ego death killed the judge within Fears and that                           Hard to stick with one melody since the coluracetam enhance audio perception    and 5meo dmt is a ego killer     PS my dot is broken on this keyboard
