I haven’t specifically done mewing but I’ve trained my tongue’s resting position to be the roof of my mouth, breathe through my nose while exercising, thoroughly chew my food and tape my mouth while sleeping.

No doubt these things have helped my facial structure, breathing and sleep.

Perhaps this is arrogant but my first thought was me lol

I get paid reasonably to do a job I enjoy.

I have a wonderful relationship & multiple hobbies that I deeply cherish.

My health is excellent and I experience a high amount of satisfaction in my day to day life.

I feel deep love for those around me and have an overall taste of “goodness” to most things that I do. 

I feel like “the good life” is achievable by anyone willing to consistently work on improving themselves over a roughly 10 year period.

10 years of solid personal development work will result in a good life. At least that’s been my experience.
