  1. Then it is not an addiction. What you truly desire is only the Truth. But Truth can have infinite disguises. Addictions are always misperceptions of what you truly want.
  2. Yes. But do you get your friend? You can't always get your way, and you can't always accept the way of others. Arguments are sometimes necessary to find the middle way.
  3. This is a good approach. Imagine the future you want to live in and make it your reality. Imagine the greatest future for all humanity and make it our reality.
  4. Understanding. When you are addicted to something, you are supplementing an unfulfilled desire with an addiction that numbs your unfulfilled desire. For example, when you get addicted to alcohol, you are trying to numb down your mental state so that you don't think about your unfulfilled desire. You must deconstruct your desires so that you can understand what is that you truly need.
  5. I know you are trolling. LOL. There are no girls in my neighborhood.
  6. Yea. I am sure Leo gets off on the number of views. @thesio Hello there. Finally, someone who looks like the girls in my neighborhood. LOL
  7. So if your friend wants to go to the movies with you, and you want to play video games with your friend, what do you do? You can't play video games at the movies.
  8. Or maybe he is currently buying the whole world supply of these substances, and then he will re-sell them on the market 100x their original price. Front running the market.
  9. So even if you revealed the substances that you are "hiding", people might experience a completely different effect than the ones you have experienced.
  10. Do you consider the stacking of psychedelics to play a role in the experience? For example, if someone has previously experienced MDMA, shrooms, LSD, DMT, and then takes 5-Meo, will they have the same experience as someone taking 5-Meo for the first time?
  11. Just curious, when you say OK, do you agree with the arguments or just say OK to avoid arguing?
  12. Because they disagree. To come to a common agreement. Serves the Ego to prove itself right.
  13. It is hard to describe the "God state", but it is unlike anything you imagine. When you are in that state, you understand that the pen and paper is just a product of your imagination. You are imagining the pen and the paper, so it is silly to think that you can preserve your imagination with pen and paper. Don't rely on Leo or anyone else to give you information. You can get it yourself.
  14. Have you experienced the greatest joy? Have you experienced the biggest suffering? How do you know they were the greatest and the biggest?
  15. Well, "death" is the last gate, but it is not physical. Physical reality has to be transcended before you die.
  16. You are always in the present, but you are not fully present when thoughts of the past or dreams of the future consume your attention. To be present at the moment means to shift all attention to the present moment. It is ok to have thoughts as long as thoughts don't have control over you. Meditation helps with this. No worries. I think it helped a young being. @An young being
  17. So, they are "lucky" to die before they get cancer? I was trying to explain the chain reaction that finding a cure might cause. If we cured all diseases and we never died, who will we be? The cure for cancer will come, but there will be other "cancers" to replace it.
  18. Being in the present moment means that you are not thinking. Not about memories, not anything. If your greatest Joy is in the present, you won't need joyful memories of the past. The present moment is the biggest present (gift). To be.
  19. Initially, you will feel the need to share the Truth with others since it is the most beautiful thing you have ever discovered. That is natural. But try to contemplate deeper. Who are the others? If there is only One true Being, arent all others, You? Thus, if you awaken, there is no need to share anything since Everyone is YOU. Look at everyone as part of yourself. Everyone is on the journey to realize the One True Self. Have compassion for them.
  20. Cancer is just excessive reproduction of human cells. Let's assume Leo gives you the cure to cancer. There will be no more excessive reproduction of human cells and no more cancer deaths. In 100 years from now, the human population will increase exponentially. When humans no longer die from cancer, people reproduce excessively, and they become the cancer of the planet. Curing one cancer creates another. Knowing this, is omniscience.
  21. TAKE IT TO THE LIMITS: Milton Friedman on Libertarianism Friedman is an academic, but his solutions are practical. One of the best defenders of the libertarian viewpoint.
  22. You need to do something. Chop wood, carry water, or something like that.
  23. @Epikur@Hank Galaxy Brain Sexuality is personal since its the person that decides his/her/their sexuality. If you are lesbian, gay, transgender, it is your choice as a person to decide your sexuality. Society can't tell you that you are a lesbian if you don't self-identify as one. On a level of society, we only make the decision when a person is not able to make a decision for themselves, like minors for example. You have to solve problems on the level of abstraction in which the problems arise. Sex is a personal "problem", and can't be resolved on the level of society.
