  3. @ColdFacts Did you come here to learn? Be 100% honest with yourself on why you started this topic. Do you want to explore other peoples perspectives, or enforce your own? Have you tried a psychedellic before? If not don't you think it would be more wise to listen to others expirences?
  4. One could agrue senses are a way we distort reality in order to interpret reality. So different distortions means different perspectives, and you need multiple perpectives to more fully interpret the whole of a thing.
  5. @ColdFacts Efficient would be relative to whatever the goal is. When you are on a psychedelic one gets to states that are more efficient at internal exploration, but these states are probably not as efficient at everyday human tasks.
  6. When you dream you are a butterfly and then wake up as a human, how could you know if you are a human that was dreaming it was a butterfly or a butterfly dreaming it is a human?
  7. How do you know that what your senses are picking up right now isn't already distorted?
  8. I would ask the Mushrooms something like, "Where can I position this being so that it will be able to fully express its love?". Now you are almost certainly not going to get an concrete answer to that, but the mushos will probably shed light on things you need to work on to get closer to an answer.
  9. I solved it by, instead of making a concrete schedule, making a web of things I would love to see myself doing everyday. Then I started bringing awareness to the moment I chose to procastinate and realize "Hey I could do one of the things in my web instead". Procrastionation at one point for me got to moments of me proatinating by thinking about if I was procasinating, the moment I realized I was doing that I started laughing to death. That was me fully accepting my own procasination, since then I have felt it is not so much of an issue for me anymore.
  10. @theking00 Well then inquire into "What is this feeling of fear towards self inquiry really?". Then allow yourself to be with the fear and fully accept it for what it is.

  12. It can get to a level that can turn your mind inside out. Infinitely profound levels of synchronistic happenings. I used to find them creepy when it first started happening frequently, but now I usually just laugh about it. I agree with @Truth Addict don't cling to them, just be aware of them. @mandyjw I have a friend who expirences seeing 666 all the time as well. He gets afraid of the number and will activitly avoid something if he notices it was associated in some way with the number.

  18. It is always before you go on to stage that is the part with the most anxiety. Remember, no matter what happens you will grow from it as long as you actually do it, and you can do it! I used to be very socially anxious about embarrassing myself, but now I see every time I "embarrass myself" is really an opportunity for me to learn to embody more humility. Much love! You got this!

  20. @outlandish Yeah it is not actually talked about a whole lot, I speak to a nutritionist regularly who is doing research on Kefir it is very very interesting the things I learn from her.
  21. Make your own Kefir, it is a fermented drink. It contains high levels of B1, B6, and B12, as well as other vitamins. It also contains anaerobic (Doesn't need oxygen) bacteria which is almost never found in any probotic you can take. Anaerobic bacteria will fair much better then aerobic (Does need oxygen) in your gut.
  22. That is awesome! Im very glad you didnt give up like most people do. There are solutions out there other then giving people pills. If you ever need anyone to talk to about weird brain injury stuff I am here as someone who has suffered mutiple TBI.   23. In mediation we watch our thoughts but we do not interfear with them, just watch, let them play out until they vanish. Trying to interact with your thoughts in any way will just create more thoughts. Conscious thinking would be being aware that "Thinking is happening". No controling just watching, being aware.
