There´s nothing to be sure about. You can just accept Truth of what you are or not. Is necessary that Thoughts that provide contraction and belief are not belief/generated anymore. For that I would recommend a good solid daily practice. Is necessary you break the illusion that your current 'sober' experience is a 'state' different than one of a psychedelic. 'This' is not a state. Is Truth. But thoughts of this being a 'state' are veiling what is already obvious. 'This' is the same as psychedelic experience. You are just telling yourself is not. The energy is literally consciousness though, so the more conscious it becomes the less suffering (anti-life) it create, and more Love (Life) will create. No. Whole of Reality is one boundless empty ENERGY. Ideally, People/Gurus that have created the Kriyas were in Absolute Levels of Consciousness where they recorded the energy of awakening into the Practice. To receive this energy it must be transmitted from guru or awakened being to another. Which is why precisely Yoga is a transmission. It can not be learned through a YouTube video or from a book because it would lack the vesicle of energy. It would just be gymnastics. This is precisely why you can take a simple apparent practice like a 30 minute kriya to a level of a psychedelic. It is designed to break all the barriers in the dream that the ego has constructed. It depends on what infinity is for you. If it is something actual and you are actually experiencing no borders in your experience, then yeah, infinity is real. But if not, people use the word infinity to create dualities again. It is not a living experience. If its not, that's what I say: 'Is a thought'.

Yeap...totally agree. IMO we fall into this stories of thought because we don´t have enough clarity yet. When there is an opening or expansion in perception, is clear, that´s what we want, what we are. But then as soon as the mind comes all goes to shit. Notice there is only One Truth. One Perception. Merge into it, dissolve into it, expand yourself in it, until you no longer exist, and only Non-Localized Bliss is left. That sir, is the only game In town. I mean The techniques have precise mechanisms designed to Awaken. Thats literally why the have been dreamed/imagined that way. They are tools to increase consciousness, in the same way coffee is a tool to increase wakefulness. See this Awakening thing as a more mechanic thing and less of a luck or Will thing. @Razard86 If one stays in Truth for long enough, one Will understand why illusion and ego was created. It is daunting to Live conscious as God. Its such a radical paradigm shift.
