  1. i have his book but i couldnt get passed even 1/3 of it, he rambles too much.
  2. once i get the book (which will be around may) i will definitely post 3/6/12 month progress reports
  3. @pluto what was your experience with skate, and why did you stop? i wish i had kimchi and coconut aminos here but luckily eastern europe is stuffed with sauerkraut
  4. maybe they arent stupid. maybe we just cant understand their high level of intellectual-ness
  5. FUN PART starts at the minute mark, so skip the intro
  6. I really want to start a regular meditation practice but lately my school schedule is very packed and i noticed i tend to push it off. However, i walk everywhere i need to go, alone 95% of the time. The walk to my school(and mostly everywhere else i go) is about 15ish minutes and though this would be perfect to squeeze in walking meditation. I saw leo talking about it in his hawaii retreat. How does one go about doing this? is the best method simply the think-nothing whiel your walking? Do these help?
  7. i'll try...but only when the windows are closed and no one is in the house because i will look like a lunatic aha
  8. woow i never thought about this before, and i will definitley try this. except i did hear some teachers talk about its unhealthy to suppress feelings towards people, because if you show feelings opposite to what you are truly feeling, you are expressing inauthenticity. obviously in a healthy way, not yelling/screaming in their face but just letting the person know you are angry/or you dont this like/or this makes me happy, etc. I see osho is against that and says to suppress it somewhere else, like the chaotic breathing
  9. wow thanks i did not know this
  10. suprising thing is there is more evidence that many people with health issues function muuuchhh better if they leave out tomatoes and potatoes, however i cannot for the life of me figure out why yogis dont like garlic and onion. They are so healing. i know he says its good for occasional use, but daily use is amazing too!
  11. that qoura article that you linked is the very one i was talking about
  12. ive read the first half and read the 2 qoura links he included to show if hes a scam or not and it just sounds like a bunch of close minded people. One guy critiqued that "I AM GOD" that leo said was unprofessional and ego-istic and i feel like hes missing the entire point. The first half of the reddit was just the guy saying basically 'this makes no sense and is bull crap' but the second half i dont know too much of geometry theory stuff to argue with lol
  13. it was recommended to me by a certain someone and after thorough research i am DEFINTLEY trying it, just waiting for family to bring it overseas since i cant get the green pasture brand in europe for cheap price. we have a saying in croatian "lipo kao mozak" which means that "its soo good its practically brain!" we say it whenever we eat very yummy soft meat that melts
  14. i used to take cod liver oil but it goes rancid way too easily so i stopped with that. Make sure your magnesium isnt magnesium citrate, because that one absorbs very poorly. be careful with too much gingko biloba, i would use it sparingly as it causes brain hemorrhage in the long run and can give you very intense headaches. I tried L-glutamine, and i am not sure yet if its good or not. I did get headaches and it gave me proteinuria, and it didnt yield that much positive results
  15. hmm i never knew that people can regurgitate from oil pulling, its just swishing oil around in your mouth for 10+ min. If you swish with coconut oil you shouldnt have any problems. I used to do olive oil but kinda tasted bad in the beginning and the whitening effect was less.
  16. np what do you mean with the gipping?
  17. general nerve/brain health: B-complex, Magnesium Glycinate, Vitamin D with k2, & Skate liver oil BONUS: gingko biloba herb. lions mane mushroom. probiotic (you would think its just for gut health but connects with brain health as well and is very important!). Bonus ones if you really wanna go all the way: Alpha Lipoic acid & Co-enzyme Q10
  18. if your afraid of not having white teeth try oil pulling along with the toothpaste. its amazing, you can actually see results of it pulling out toxins (every time i restarted oil-pulling after a very long pause, a mouth ulcer/canker sore would appear on my inner cheek)
  19. omg i had the.exact.same.experience. Leos meditation (im guessing your talking about the do-nothing one?), the first time i did it was INCREDIBLE, i felt spaceless-ness and i cant quite explain it properly. I returned to do it again but it didnt work again, i was so agitated and monkey mind everywhere. Maybe just practice? i dont think 10 times is enough to decide wether its "working"
  20. this video about yoga really couldnt of come at a better time, for the past month i have been researching and watching all the videos i can about authentic yoga. (an amazing series is "yogic paths") but i have been bombarded by different paths and info and am slightly confused. There are those yoga teachers that are definitely corrupt (dont get me started on nithyananda) but there others that seem to be the real deal, such as sadghuru. Anyone care to share thoughts on him? I started to do some meditations based off of tantrik yoga, and combined it with traditional hatha asanas, from the pradipika (which is what sadghuru bases most of his asanas from), but now after leos video im doubting if this is the most effective way of yoga for me. I might just get a notebook, and do it the classic scientific way and write out my experiences from different methods and see whats best.
  21. what about teal swan work? has anyone experience with that
