So how do we know which reality is true? Is a flies reality less true than mine? A fly certainly has a different reality than mine. Does this mean that the mind creates reality? Because if I take a substance that changes reality it must be because it effects my mind? ??

Can you dream of an egg? Where does the egg come from when youre dreaming? From the brain? Well then then the brain can create whatever it wants obviously? Why cant it create reality out of thin air? Not saying any of this is true. Just proposing an argument.

And of course, youre the sane one arent you? How lucky you are!

@Mikael89 Haha, all i have to offer is a garden gnome in a meditation posture, hope thats not too evil. Im not asking you to look at what the brain is from someone elses perspective, you have your own brain, use it to figure out what the brain is.

Therefore it is not real, only in the mind. When you say, i am not the body, who decides that? when you say i am the body, who decides that? Contemplate this deeply if you will.

1 hour and 10 mins of Strong Determination Sitting But it doesnt matter how long it is, I get more peace from 10 mins of deep meditation than 1 hour of pure monkeymind. Better to just be regular about it than to try reach some Guinness Sage Record.
