Why wasn’t I called that and why him? ?

Today I saw how I become anxious and uncomfortable when someone calls my friend good looking and me not!!!! Today innoticed how feelings flowed and I was a little depressed... It happens with me always and I want someone to comment the same... How to deal with it... I know it is all related to how My ego views the worldside and me... but I want to deal with it !!! Any Suggestions would be helpful.

Let your emotions be as they are, dont judge them, dont judge anything. Just. Be. 

Also notice how your ego created a problem out of thin air, you didnt say that he/she said that you were ugly, you said she didnt say anything about YOU and you created a little story in your head that her/his comment is supposed to MEAN anything more than it did. Contemplate that.

You focused on the negative instead of the positive and you created a story, youre still creating the story. Drop the story, your happiness is not contingent on anybody else than you.
