I would like to know exactly which date this high culture existed in. -1000? Nope. -2000? Nope. -5000? Nope By all measures today is the best time to be alive since the last 5000 years. I think it would be interesting to see the diversity and also the similarities. I'm especially interested in exotic or less well-known stuff. If you see someone who is unraveling in an unhealthy way, guide them to temporarily suspend their spiritual work until their mind and life stabilizes. We want to cultivate an ethos of safety around here. We do not want to be associated with anything clearly reckless or dangerous. And if people are talking seriously about Mahasamadhi, lock that down too. Nobody here should be considering Mahasamadhi. And if you find anyone being suicidal you report that to me.
