New Year New You

25 posts in this topic

I don't feel the new year being anything different than any other day but I understand the meaning it brings to a lot of people, especially when it comes to starting over or starting something new. Therefore I appreciate it and wish success to others in their endeavours.

Personally, I would like to master all the Yamas and Niyamas by the end of this year.

What rituals do you follow if any?

Take the last hour to reflect on paper:

Top 3 major moves you made and how they've changed the trajectory of your life,

What new seeds did you plant and how'd you grow,

Top 3 moves for the next year and how you'll grow the seeds you planted from the previous year,

Then get into the bod: do pushups, jump in the air, and physically feel into 2024,

Then jerk off to christen the new year :P

Um... No... it takes about 80-100 days to replace every cell in your body.

Really? I thought it was seven years? Admittedly I haven't fact checked that haha

Who is the fact giver, the cells?
