I've been going back to a lot of raw veg, it increases energy levels and you gain more out of less eating raw. because any cooking/freezing etc removes nutrients and means you expend more energy to get the same nutrients. I'm not 100% raw/organic like I used to be, but its helped me started to look even more youthful again even at around 50% raw. I had someone guessing my age below 30 the other day, i'm 45. (Though realistically I look early-mid thirties)

Nutrition benefits don't go far beyond calorie balance, protein intake, moderate saturated fat/trans fat intake, and 30-50g of fiber.

I would actually like to be proved wrong.

My vegetarian meal for the day. Sautéed Mushrooms, Bok Choy, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Red Peppers, Red Onions and Garlic. Sautéed in Coconut Oil. I put the Broccoli 🥦  and Brussel Sprouts in first for 5mins then the rest. I added S&P and Italian Seasoning. Served over a bed of Garlic Mashed Potatoes and topped with Fried Plantains. Delish.

There’s a woman named Tiffany that has a somewhat viral “Tiffany plate” it’s called, where she combined various veggies, a sausage, and mustard and cottage cheese, I kinda wanna try it some time

It’s healthy if you chose a healthy sausage with minimum ingredients. And you get a variety of veggies and fruit with it.

This is the stuff that amazes me about vegan food. The art of turning all that into something and creating it from scratch. Vegan sausage. Not fake meat, but real ingredients put together to form what meat eaters call sausage. All that fake vegan food on the market (except for a few), is all bad and toxic and some not even real food. Check this out.
