My mind keeps suggesting that there might be some spiritual interference because I'm finally living my life's purpose. Can someone please help? ??

Yeah = stop fucking doing 5MeO if it's interfering with your sleep.  Simple.

Your life's purpose includes getting normal sleep, I assure you.

Last week I decided to take a dose of 5meo-dmt after a long pause and for the first time I had trouble sleeping that night, I woke up multiple times in the morning before getting up.

What got me to a more "normal" sleep was weed, I decided to smoke a joint at night maybe two days after 5meo dose and I was back to the cannabis sleep (which is not really better restfully speaking but at least I could sleep).

So knowing the effect of cannabis on sleep you could give it a try if your problem persist, but don't get attached to smoking weed all day because your sleep could easily get worse if you do so.

Question: I am unable to sleep due to excess Kundalini energy when I lay down despite being tired, how can I get some rest?

Answer: The reason the energy is coursing more through the body right when you lay down is because the body mind is relaxed. When one is in this semi sleep relaxation state, kundalini flows most efficiently.

The flow further excites the whole nervous system and there is excessive prana, which implies a speeding up and increase of hormonal production, or a susequent fatique of hormonal glands and decrease in production of both hormones and neurochemicals.

The awakening of kundalini often disrupts the production of melatonin or creates excess in some cases, the intense inner fire and the light generated from the charged kundalini often disrupt sleep cycle and circadian rhythm.

To assist the nervous sytem to calm down and produce ample melatonin, one should sit for meditation during the early morning as well as evening twilight phases. This circulates the energy so it wont attempt to charge up when you are relaxing for sleep, give it enough time to circulate as well as ground during the day instead.

Other factors would be to use herbs that help calm the nervous sytem and help in production of melatonin. Below is a list of plants that can be used.

Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Chamomile, Tagara, Valerian, Jatamansi Sarpagandha, shankhpushpi, Ashitaba.

One must also understand the shakti will possibly keep one on fire burning many nights, such is this force of transformation, it demands absolute surrender and even letting go sleep sometimes. It should be seen as a complete rewiring of the entire being, and what may eventually emerge is a bodymind that does not require long hours of sleep.

Hope u find something useful

DO NOT meditate if you are going through genuine kundalini awakening, this is horrible advice. Meditation will exacerbate your symptoms massively.

Do VERY LIGHT exercise everyday to calm your energy, masturbation without porn or sex with someone you trust daily is also a very helpful to calm your energy.

The only meditation you could be doing are self love visualisations, not any no mind practises or deep self enquiry.

I am speaking from nearly 3 years daily experience with my own awakening. Stay away from spiritual practises.

Do not practise any form of “absolute surrender” you will excite your symptoms even further and will not be doing yourself any favours whatsoever.

Your best course of action is to stay composed, in your emotions and thoughts until you can get an a further understanding of what your symptoms are coming from.

it may just be mild and end up passing/releasing on its own, but until then keep your composure and do not try to force anything or “surrender” to anything till you figure out what’s happening.

stay away from caffeine as well.

Lastly don’t read stuff on the internet it is 99% wrong. Tara springett is the only person I have found who I can vouch for, she’s helped thousands of people through their symptoms and is a certified kundalini expert.

It’s just to explain the sleeping issue. Not for the kundalini aspect.
Amd btw TaraSprignett scratches only the surface with kundalini.Thinkng that u can manipulate it with low visualization exercises

She has got positive testimonies of thousands, you don’t get that from a surface level understanding of the process, this is very naive. Also it’s clear that you didn’t go through her stuff at all if all you got from it was her teaching visualisations.

@Giulio Bevilacqua all im saying is be careful giving advice on something you have not directly experienced. I don’t know if you have or not, just from my point of view with my own symptoms it seemed that way.
