I've just realised that I'm not gonna know anything.

you already forget everything youve ever known and are just remembering it. You know nothing right now. In order to remember you have to forget.Just stop the process of trying to remember things you dont need too.

It's unsurprising that life doesn't end until you die.

Can't transcend what you're not conscious of. This applies equally to things you've made conclusions about.

You made a conclusion. A conclusion isn't consciousness. Conclusions, convictions, beliefs and so on undermine the possibility of becoming aware. By saying that, you're justifying to yourself your ignorance on the matter. That way, you're clinging to unconsciousness. Move towards consciousness.

Reality is at the other side of your cosmology, and it's good! ;)

In short, begin contemplating stuff.

Spiritual work is interesting but it won't get you anywhere. You'll just go through different states of mind until you die. That's it.

There certainly does seem to be an individual going through different states of mind until death..... no one can really argue that!

But there actually isn't anyone going anywhere!

During the spiritual seeking,  this illusory seeker keeps attempting to find something that will alleviate its unquenchable desire to know WHY?

It thinks by gaining enough spiritual knowledge, it will have an advantage towards finding or understanding this so-called ultimate truth.(spiritual ego)

But the apparent issue is that there actually isn't an ultimate truth to find or realize........the idea of an ultimate truth to reality, is a conditioned human concept.

Everything is already what it is.

So it could be said that everything is already the truth but the numerous misunderstandings make parts of apparent reality seem false at times!

Enlightenment is the end of these numerous states of mind and or misunderstandings.

It's the end of all conditioned human beliefs such as truth; meaning; purpose; value; good; bad; right; wrong. But that doesn't mean the body forgets how to function in society.... if anything when the body is unburdened by all these ridiculous conditioned human concepts, life seems more free, enjoyable and relaxed!

For me there are two types of spiritual work. First, the one that consists of realizing that you are the whore of the ego, that is, of all the projections of other people that you have made yours, and freeing yourself from that, in order to be a completely free individual, anchored in the now, without fear. In summary, enjoy life and that this is not a kind of anxious race to nowhere, looking for gallons to finally be able to look in the mirror.

second, explore states of consciousness. psychedelics. the great mystery of infinity, which opens before you. beauty, existence, mystery.

these two spiritual strands make life wonderful and not a nightmare.
