Why cant i send people messages, and why can people message me with even less posts than i have?

Multiple times throughout the day I cannot post or comment for hours here is an example https://i.postimg.cc/CL78L9xf/Screenshot-from-2025-12-04-16-26-02.png  the (type field is simply not there) and goes missing. 

It happens sometimes during the middle of a conversation and I lose my flow, and by the time i can message or reply to someone the energy is gone and the flow is lost.

I try message someone: You are only allowed to send 0 messages per day. Please try again later.

or: You have reached your posting limits. Please wait 24 hours and try again.

Its putting me off the forums entirely.
