What is the difference between healthy vs unhealthy suffering?

It's on the core concepts page. Is there a video about it?

Healthy suffering is when you accept the suffering as a wave passing through your body.

Unhealthy suffering is when you react without being conscious of the implication of your reaction.

The first one leads to love, the second leads to hell.

In the first case you can investigate and understand why the suffering takes place, in the second you develop traumas.

God is love

Whoever lives in love lives in God

And God in them

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

In a metaphysically ultimate sense all suffering is healthy but it is not experienced that way through the relative lens. I'm definitely not saying we can't further distinguish between healthy/unhealthy suffering in the relative!

The difference between Healthy Suffering and Unhealthy Suffering is like that of Fasting and Starvation.
