Means you meditate at least once a day to me. What does it mean to you?

Sitting down and intending to sit for a minimum amount of time. Now I want to do a poll specifically about people's meditation habits xD

Sounds like a great idea!

I've never tried psychedelics, at least as far as I know. I do meditate daily, usually for periods of 30-60 minutes at a time, once per day.

So far what benefits have you seen?

ramped up meditation to 120 hours a month, my meditation goal is to not think about meditation off the mat so when i sit i am meditating as if for the first time without a clue how to meditate, only thing i can say is is that it gets easier, experiences or awakenings are not happening but for me meditation is the end of these not the beginning, haven't any interest in the unearned wisdom of psychedelics

I have been meditating regularly for many years, for me meditation is a gradual path, I had some intuitions and some glimpses no awakenings.

I recently tried the psychedelic LSA a few times, I had a peak experience (I don't know if it was an awakening, but it raised the consciousness a lot) and a huge amount of insights, as if I had meditated for a year.
