Amazing results with Lion's Mane Mushroom

@StarStruck

Oh I see what you're saying.

I've heard about doing that but seems above my skill level.

I mostly just grew it out of a $2 bag of rice.

Then used Reddit for help & suggestions from other people.

@Ethan1 do you just cook it like normal mushrooms? do you still notice the effects of the mushroom without extraction like explained in that video?

@Flowerfaeiry I mix lion's mane powder with my coffee every morning. Awesome stuff.

How does it feel like? Does it boost your concentration?

Do you have experience woth other herbs?

Is there a chance that the effects are just a placebo. Some even claim that Lion's mane made their depression worse and overall a bad investment. I'm just curious if anyone has taken them consistently for a long time and can confirm their benefits. Then again, everyone is different and the only way to know is to try it.

So, I naturally struggle with concentration and distracting thought spirals. Lion's mane feels almost like a sedative in the way it relaxes my mind, but I don't lose mental clarity or get tired on it which is obviously crucial. In that respect, it definitely boosts my concentration.

No, but I'm interested to try more.

I've been taking it regularly for nearly 1 year. I don't think it's improved my baseline state much if at all, but the temporary effects are noticeable. No depression, but I also don't struggle with that in the first place. Could it be placebo? I doubt it. I'll admit I've never looked through all the research, but it sounds like it has some studies vouching for it.
