Are you expecting a positive outcome from having no expectations? 

You already just don't have expectations. You didn't make them in the past. If one pops up, along with a feeling of disappointment it's just a thought to let go of now.

Check out this video. I think you'll like it. Basically if your expectations are too high you're gonna suffer enormously. I've come to terms that life is sh*tty (and beautiful) and things won't go my way most of the time.

There is enormous suffering in this world. That we can't hide under the rag.
