how does karma work?

if there is no good or bad then how it works? Or maybe there is no karma at all?

What happens if you don't brush your teeth? Sleep properly? Trip on psychedelics in an improper setting? Burn fossil fuels and raise cattle in factory farms?

Reality may be ammoral, but morals have a strong survival basis.

Karma for me is the universal laws of cause and effect. Cause and effect is not only material/physical..but also spiritual/metaphysical 

It is a mistake to label any actions or consequences good or bad..but nonetheless, they apply.

To me karma simply means your soul won’t escape one single of the consequences of your action
