Morning Routine

Hey there, 

This question may have been asked before. Yet I am curious anyway about everyone's morning routine.

Do you have one? If not, why?

And if yes, feel free to share.

My family and I wake up by 7:00 A.M. As cliche as it sounds, the first thing I do in the morning is turn off my alarm and make my bed. Afterward, I thank my bed for a peaceful rest.

My brother and sister-in-law do morning yoga stretches, whereas I whip up our fruit shakes, our breakfast for the day. We do this a little early to have a semblance of peace in the morning because come 8:30 AM, my nephews (toddlers) are awake. I haven't started a meditation routine in the morning, but I plan to! My schedule is currently jam-packed with things, but I'm working on reducing, if not leaving, everything that's been keeping me busy.

Nothing too fancy nor too eventful, just a usual morning in our life.

Every morning I wake up at 7 for an alarm clock. I'm going to make coffee and breakfast. Then into the shower. I'm having breakfast. I'm going for a walk in the park with my dog. I return with walks and sit down to work

  1. Make bed
  2. Work out (yoga or running or rings)
  3. Brush, shave, cold shower
  4. Meditate
  5. Empty email
  6. Look at vision

Haven't been doing it consistently lately. But when I do, I get so much more out of my day.

So I'll get back into it.

My morning routine is to wake up at 7 am, then doing a short exercise, drink coffee,

Brush the teeth & make a good breakfast & eat it.

I don't sleep at nights and I go to sleep around 12 pm and wake up at 7-8 pm. When I wake up I say hello to my dog and family and then I write my dreams (which are very vivid) and write my emotions down and thoughts. Then I go to prepare some food.

  • Alarm rings at 7
  • Make the bed
  • Quick shower
  • Meditation 30min - 1 hour
  • Journalling 10-15min

  • Make bed
  • Do concentration (10 min)
  • Do meditation (1 hour)
  • Eat breakfast

Day starts at 9:30 orso
