Anxiety = resisting?

What do you guys think?

And i have one additional question - what is (or are) a specific emotion that pulls and keeps One in "the past"?

You are asking rather subjective question that will be best answered by yourself and can never truly be satisfied by another.

Nonetheless, I’ll play.

1. Anxiety can be seen as the thing that reminds you to survive.

2. I have heard once before something song the lines of ‘those who are depressed dread the past as those who are anxious dread the future.’

Something like that.

Best of luck figuring out what anxiety is to you.

PS, remember it’s all love. all of it. everything. even anxiety.

What happens if you're not resisting anxiety? Is that anxiety or something else?

I would say shame.

Anxiety is mainly genetic, I mean overdeveloped survival mechanism, high alertness and fly or fight response as a byproduct of living in dangerous environments. The problem is the past survival threats are now substituted by daily problems in our jobs, which makes anxiety and stress more constant, and thats unhealthy.

Every emotion that you cannot accept will likely drain your energy.

There are many things to emotions and anxiety. They are not bad or good.

But if you feel fearful over a longer timeframe, that has to do with not accepting reality for what it is, yes.

Anxiety is due to psychological and neurological issues. There's a problem with neurotransmitters

This causes an imbalance in adrenal hormones and you begin to experience higher stress than usual..

Brain begins to resist anything that adds to this stress

INFJ-T,ptsd,BPD, autism, anger issues

Cleared out ignore list today.
