Alternate options for staying awake.

Sometimes I get really groggy and feel like I need a fix to stay up through the night. Then I usually drink coffee. 

Lately I'm to trying avoid coffee because it becomes a habit. 

I am hunting for alternative safer healthier options. 

Any that you can contrubute.

Clean eating. 

When I eat shit it zaps my energy. 

Maybe tea instead of coffee.

While its none of my business to comment on your life at all, what I would say that doing this may mess up your circadian clock and it will take your a long time to fix a broken biorhythm. Unless the reason is really significant, I would never sacrifice a night sleep. 

Some good ways to keep your energy up

  • start your day with proper breakfast.
  • try to avoid fasting and meal skipping
  • Consider a cool shower in the morning
  • get your eyes exposed to daylight or going for a short walk
  • make sure your iron and your B-vitamins are in check as well as vitamin D
  • green tea or Yerba matte are good non-toxic stimulants. 
  • I got a short ebook to help ppl gain more energy, you can download it from free, got it in the signature. There is some helpful stuff in there.

EXERCISE, ive seen enough of these forums to know your not. 

With out exercise forget about emotional stability. 


How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

If you stay awake too long it means that you are stealing time from the next day. You are cheating.

You should rather concentrate yow to build a daily routine that works for you. It's best to to avoid drinking too much coffee. It definitely make me more anxious and less productive.
