Do you think "conscious" people get punished more if they do "bad" stuff?

@PurpleTree probs all bullshit

Purely regurgitating memory if it serves anyone. David Hawkins claims that an 'error' made at higher levels of consciousness will be destructive than errors made at lower levels of consciousness

Hark ye yet again — the little lower layer. All visible objects, man, are but as pasteboard masks. But in each event — in the living act, the undoubted deed — there, some unknown but still reasoning thing puts forth the mouldings of its features from behind the unreasoning mask. If man will strike, strike through the mask! How can the prisoner reach outside except by thrusting through the wall? To me, the white whale is that wall, shoved near to me. Sometimes I think there's naught beyond. But 'tis enough.

The universe is never out to get anyone or punish anyone

Yes!

Yes, mainly because the level of self awareness directly influences your likelihood to comprehend and process how your "wrongs"  "actions" have affected others on their journey to self. Idk about anyone else here, but guilt, shame and anxiety are big deals for me when I have done something that goes against what I intuitively believe to be my values. I could choose to transcend them, but they are a good compass for my interactions with this reality - these characters have been known to get violent if they're not treated appropriately.

We've all heard the phrase "You knew/know better".

@lmfao This concept I'm referring to is in relation to Hawkins observations.

I was ice skating on a pond when I was a kid and to show off stepped over the line my mom told me not to cross. My foot immediately went through the ice.

Always wondered why other people could say things, do things, eat junk that I couldn't without feeling miserable. Thought there was something wrong with me. I think that sometimes what we think of as our surroundings act in a way to remind us of what it is that we really want, and not just what we thought we wanted in the moment.
