Yep the seriousness goes bye-bye and meaning purpose and value are recognized as mere ridiculous concepts. ?

Life is there to experience something different other than blissfullness, be it joy, fear, anger or even a joke.

Life is a joke in a sense that it inherently lacks seriousness. The seriousness was created by the mind as a mechanism of survival. When you transcend the ego, the seriousness goes out of the window. So I would say life is more of an intelligent design at play that most beings still don't understand. A joke implies a mischievous or sarcastic aspects to existence and those would still be largely attributes of the ego :D
