What Spiral Dynamics stage is lucid dreaming?

There is no fixed stage for lucid dreams, it all depends on how a person uses them. Do you just run around and have sex with the hottest people you can imagine? Do you walk around appreciating the beauty of the dreamscape while trying to be as mindful as possible? Do you use them in a practical way like shadow-integration or inner child work?

It really just depends on what stage you're on. Somebody who is at stage orange for example won't use a lucid dream for something like spiritual growth.

You can't pin it to any stage. Depends what you do when you become lucid.

Look at yoga nidra and dream yoga. Yoga's become lucid to raise consciousness and awaken
