Are there any good reasons to fully awaken?

Death of self is the only death there is, and it's the death that everyone is afraid of. (you too)

If we could clone our bodies and transplant our complete sense of self into the clone, we wouldn't care about physical death. What we fear about death is the annihilation of our very sense of self.

Non-existence.

That sense of self is not just a thought, lol....

I agree that the sense of self is more than just thoughts. That's what I've said in @james123 thread all along. But is there an entity that dies? In that case where is it? I would say that it's more a form of energy that ceases to exist.

That's what I would say too. But what it feels like is death. And not just a little bit...

Scary indeed. It always come when you least expect it.

Ripped off from Oneness, like a page torn out of a book that makes absolutely no sense all on its own.

Of course body is me, and it's hard to call sleep.

You never 'sleep', there are no diff between wakeful and sleeping state. You are presence itself, here&now.

Then it should make perfect sense that I'm imagining to be a separate self that got ripped off from Oneness. :P

@Javfly33

A contemplation that might be very eye-opening for you… In a relative sense, in terms of money - how much people pay, what is the most valuable thing on earth?

@Javfly33 Nothing actually dies since what you think you are is only what you think you are.

My whole life dissappears. Even if it's an illusion is ALL I have had.

I am not sure what you mean about the first question.

About the second question: Freedom

This fun-er-real?

Puns really blur the line between fun and pain, don't they, even the word "pun" is a fusion of those two words. xD
