Is this way too much self help theory?

6 posts in this topic

I listen to 1hour of self help videos and 1hour of self help audiobooks, every day, on 2x speed. Is this way too much?

Does it help the self?

If it helps you in practice, it is the right amount of theory.

If it doesn't help in practice, it is the wrong amount of theory.

I think theory is underrated.

Sometimes, just the act of absorbing and thinking about theory can be seen as a form of practice.

I've listened to 1000s of hrs of self help theory and I'm sure Leo has listen to 10x that amount.

So don't worry about too much theory.

I make YouTube videos about Self-Actualization: >> Check it out here <<

Thats a very general question. Look at what it is that you want to achieve and then see how well you are doing now.
