Shaking & screaming Vs. Relaxing

So, I’m going through this ego backlashy experience atm. I just want to distract myself with whatever, and find it hard to get myself to do anything.

I have this urge to shake my body and scream. I wonder wether I should go with this urge, or try to relax my body and just let it flow through me.

YEAH fucking scream into a pillow and shake your body LET YOURSELF GO. THen come aad see how you feel. Then next time try and be super mindful and relaxed and then come back and see how you feel. There's no absolute principle. Personal development is a subjective journey and is mastered through trial and error. Self-experiemnet and remember learning equals behaviour change.

1. Do nothing and temporarily pretend the problem is not there.

2. Shake/Scream and temporarily feel relief.

3. Investigate the source, find a permanent solution.
