Where, how, when, do you see actualized.org video

What best ways to watch actualized.org videos? 

I watch at work place but in the middle of interruption I lose focus and appetite. 

How, where and what time do you watch?

I like to listen to them through podcast while taking 2 hour walks in the countryside.  His episodes come out as podcasts about 3-4 days after theyre released on video.

Nah, It doesnt matter much to me, I focus better when I just hear the power of the words

@Belay kelemework I usually open up OneNote and take notes as he's talking.

If you have a MacBook, there is this app called "Helium" that allows you to place the video on the same screen as your current tab, so i can watch AND take notes at the same time, without having to switch back and forth.

You can also put the link of the video in one note and there's a player that will pop up.
