My favorite mantra is ''Hurry'' I know that sounds neurotic but it gives me energy. Your pace is one of the few things that you can control. So why not go fast? I think anything that's worth doing is worth doing quickly. Mind and body are connected but I think it's possible to stay calm while you're racing.

i like to do things slowly. as slow as possible.

i find it a lot easier to enjoy life on slow pace.

When I go slower, I'm more in tune with my emotions and in the moment more, when I'm rushing it takes a lot of thought and coordination and I can't really focus on existing as much, which I'd rather do

Hurry is stress slowly is peace what do you think makes you chose good decision?


Who teaches us whats real and how to laugh at lies? Who decides why we live and what we'll die to defend?Who chain us? And who holds the Key that can set us free? 

It's you.

You have all the weapons you need

@Eric Tarpall  seems to be getting dumped on in this thread but I actually agree with him.

You need a sense of urgency in life. Otherwise you go from peaceful to just apathetic and passive. It's a fine line.

Urgency plus a sense of calm is more of the sweet spot to me.
