How do you find your authentic self(as this character in a dream)..are there any steps or i have to follow what feels right but i can see how you can delude yourself with that....being authentic=living great life but its confusing....

There is no plan for who you are supposed to be, so take whatever you call you and put it to motion to see where it takes you.
