I don't distinguish between psychedelics and non-psychedelics. It's all a hallucination.

Whatever your present state is, it is chemically induced. Ego is just chemicals at work.

Any thought you have is a hallucination. Especially the thought, "But Leo, this is not a hallucination!"

P.S. Chemistry itself is also a hallucination.

Well but one is a hallucination affected by psychedelics or and the other is not. Obviously there is a use to making a distinction in this regard? And in this case it's to help someone else with their path or better understand yours.

Can't we compartmentalize when it will help others who do operate with such distinctions still?

You still take psychedelics so obv your experience changes to a substantial degree while on them, what is the harm in describing your mystical experiences off them? Or confirming it only happens while on them?

@Leo Gura Never realized you felt that way. I totally agree. And to take it a step farther, consciousness itself is a manifestation as is all that arises within it. Would you agree with that?

@cetus56 but he just told us that psychedelics can’t rewire your brain whilst the other practices can. Surely that’s the difference.

"Not believing your own thoughts, you’re free from the primal desire: the thought that reality should be different than it is. You realise the wordless, the unthinkable. You understand that any mystery is only what you yourself have created. In fact, there’s no mystery. Everything is as clear as day. It’s simple, because there really isn’t anything. There’s only the story appearing now. And not even that.” — Byron Katie
