The Don

Is This Normal While Self-Actualizing?

7 posts in this topic

Hello guys.

I've been Self-Actualizing for a while and as the time goes by I find life meaningless.

Over two or three months will be even more meaningless.

Is this normal?

Me on the road less traveled.

Yes. It's normal but don't get depressed!

Life is really beautiful and we all know it whether enlightened or not. It's a step on the way and meaningless doesn't mean pointless or negative.

Don't let your self actualization journey be an intelectual journey. Eventually you have to open your heart for whatever is. Even the meaningless.

Much love

@The Don that's actually a good sign..it's working. growth happening right there. don't halfass nihilism. there is no meaning. but if you take it all the way, you realize that there being no meaning can't be be negative, as that is again creating meaning. so that there is no meaning is absolutely meaningless itself, it's not a negative thing. it just hurts momentarily because we have to let go of our attachments..

funny, I was just listening to this episode yesterday: on point -->

whatever arises, love that

@The Don Realizing “the brain” filters one to two with duality, bringing “meaning” is liberation. You’ve assigned the meaning all along. Similarly you could say there’s no brain, and no duality, and meaning is up to you. This brings all relativity to now. Simplified and blissful. Without monkey mind, which whirled in meaningness.

The body adjusts his own new energy, at first is hell, then comes heaven.
