You, as you piece his words together when you interact with him.

Bearing with the conditioned in gentleness, fording the river with resolution, not neglecting what is distant, not regarding one's companions; thus one may manage to walk in the middle. H11L2

My notes on genius from David Hawkins' book "Power vs Force"

"Genius is by definition a style of consciousness characterized by the ability to access high-energy attractor patterns."

"Genius and creativity, then, are subjectively experienced as a witnessing."

"From our studies, it appears that the alignment of one’s goals and values with high-energy attractors is more closely associated with genius than anything else."

"A formula followed by all geniuses, prominent or not, is: Do what you like to do best, and do it to the very best of your ability."

Not sure if it tells you much without the context of the book though...

A genius has a very high IQ, is healthy, and is very hard working. Good luck finding someone with all of those three. Especially because IQ is negatively correlated with hard work.

When it comes to IQ how an individual improve his/her IQ?

On any given subject or point, there is an infinite spectrum of variations/perspectives. From our human standpoint some of these perspectives are more preferable to others. For example let's take a heated dispute between two people. There are a variety of ways to respond and each of them corresponds to a certain frequency or resonance. Depending on what levels of frequency you're vibrating at and what you wish to access and focus upon, you can behave and respond accordingly and reap the results of that energy field.

So from a "lower" state of consciousness it may seem reasonable and rewarding to 'get even' and get revenge by being physically or emotionally violent. From a higher state than that, it may result in the silent treatment and gossiping. Higher than that, a person may leave it alone and not think about it. So far these are very common energy patterns on this kind of subject. As more of the spectrum is explored, the amount of people that access this part of the spectrum becomes less and less. So on this same subject if we vibrate even higher we may access compassionate understanding. Higher than that we may be forgiving and send love to the person. Higher still and there is no need to forgive because you know nobody can ever do wrong by you and you love unconditionally. On this given subject, the energy fields of forgiveness and love can be said to be 'genius' because they are less accessed states of profound effectiveness. The inability to access higher states of awareness simply comes down to fixation on lower states and unwillingness to let them go.

Mundane consciousness or mundane levels of intelligence are the energy states that we are most exposed to and that most people operate through. This is the result of indoctrination, schooling, culture, imprinting, etc. In order to naturally access genius one must release fixation on the lower end of the spectrum so they can ascend up towards more preferable levels. Accessing genius on any given field, subject or just in general comes from the ability to surrender and release attachment to the patterns of consciousness (perspectives, ideas, thinking, behaviors, attachments) of given field. Each point on the infinite spectrum of consciousness is already whole and complete, therefore the answers to every 'problem' and the highest and most beautiful expressions already exist but in order to be actualized then you have to stop focusing on what is already on front of you.

So genius is the ability to 'think outside of the box' (aka align with previously unactualized states of consciousness)

Maybe with exercise. Like weight lifting in a gym and jogging or bicycle. But that's not really going to make a big difference. So you can't really.

I want to improve my IQ .. i need a practice or drug or something that make a big difference.., i want to have an intelligence that no one can beat me.. i will use that for good.. i want to be different.. and they think that is impossible

It’s actually a myth that high IQ equals success in work and life. That’s because giftedness comes with it many other conditions — they tend to be more emotionally sensitive and easily hurt, they’re more likely to be more easily stressed by strong sensations such as loud noise or strong smells, and while they’re smarter — people often have too high expectations of them that pressures them. There’s a difference between superintelligence and perfection, and people don’t recognize that.

There are other more important traits for success. Emotional intelligence factor into success than IQ. This includes things lik self awareness, emotional regulation, adaptability, problem solving, discipline, empathy, influence, persuasiveness, and several other traits. In other words, wisdom is more important than intelligence for success.
