Don't worry about that. We know you put a pound or two because of coronavirus, we accept you as you are =)

Maybe you should use this advice to stay away from academics, though. I know most of them are depressed fucks xD

Shieeeet, physicality is exhausting.

I've built up my jogging routine up to 3km for now (took me 7 weeks and a partner in crime), and with the mean deficit of 300kcal, I don't have it in me to care about anything else. Like, fuck hydration, nutrient balance and appearance, just let me sleep.

And this shit doesn't even qualify for minimal healthy lifestyle level of physical activity!

These baby steps hurt my fucking ego okay

Although recent smoking cessation gave me 10 pounds in like 3 months even though I haven't started to eat more. Maybe it's Prozac, yeah. Who knows, who knows...
