The momentum is on our side and we absolutely can’t let these geriatric racists, pedophiles, oligarchs and warmongers run the world any longer. The Dems have been given a mandate but one too many of them are every bit as cowardly and stagnant as their Republican counterparts so we need to organise MASSIVELY to force them to actually hold the criminals accountable.

Join a union. Join a protest. Join the DSA or whatever other group appeals to you if you’re so inclined. 

Email your representative. Spam them with messages and call their office every waking hour until they get the message we need to lay the hammer of the law DOWN. 

Go to town meetings. Push your ideas on social media and encourage family members / friends / coworkers to get involved in politics.

Democracy is sacred. It is our God-given birthright to have a voice in this world and to be able to create a world that works for us - ALL of us - and not a handful of evil, stupid, selfish racist devils and warmongers at the top.

Take a deep breath and fight. The new world begins now.

Couldn't agree more! 

In fact, I thought about making a thread like this on here.

Everybody has to read and study up on the history of mass movements such as the labor movement, the abilition movement, the civil rights movement, the Jewish Reform Movement, the Indian independence movement, the feminist movements, etc. 

Also, we became more atomized because the places that once bundled people together such as big workplaces, unions, churches, temples, local civic groups, dense neighborhoods, meetings in libraries, and shared local media, all weakened at the same time, while work, housing, media, and daily life became more dispersed and individualized. We need to rebuild all of those civic institutions in order to most effectively restore that solidarity our country used to have in the 1900s, especially in the mid 1900s.

About what? You need to be specific.

@Raze 5 Calls presents you with a list of issues or the abilty to search for one. You select one that you care about, it then gives you the phone numbers of your local senators and house representatives. It also provides you with a script if you need one.

 

For example, if you don't want Jeffries as speaker of the house, you can voice that to your house reps.

Don't worry about that. 

Unchecked capitalism is only going to get worse and worse until we either have an incredibly massive strike on the elites or we have another Depression on the order of the 1890s or 1930s.
